About the event
An inclusive garden is a green space created for the local community. Residents and other actors participate in the design process. It is a safe place to learn new skills, meet people, propose and collaborate on different ideas. It is an open and public space, easy to access where people can grow vegetables, flowers, and herbs. The space enables multicultural exchange as well as an exchange of crops and resources.Â
Join us and learn how to create and manage inclusive green spaces.
We invite community gardeners, educators, municipality representatives, teachers, social workers, activists and everyone interested in creating a more sustainable future for our cities.
At the conference you will:
- learn some best practices for green education;
- find out why & how to create accessible community gardens;
- get a free e-book with tips and practices you can implement in your community garden;
- meet an international team of educators, gardeners, entrepreneurs and green authority representatives who will share their expertise with you.
